Aims & approach

5 Ways To Wellbeing introduces students to five simple and effective research-based ways to improve psychological and emotional health. The free website gives practical tools and resources, and is easier than you think to make 5 Ways part of your path to wellbeing.

5 Ways To Wellbeing focuses on five behaviour and perspective approaches to wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Be Aware and Help Others. The approaches can be tailored to the specifics of any community, that are self-selected and cost nothing to implement. International research provides ample evidence of the positive mental health and wellbeing that can be attained through adopting the 5 Ways model. With the 5 Ways quiz, any group can collect authentic data that demonstrates improvements in mental health and wellbeing when using the program.
