The techniques taught are grounded in yoga-based movement, breath and mindfulness, using daily 'Peace Pauses'.
Program structure

The monthly public 5-hour workshop is delivered live online so educators can easily attend from any location. Educators book on an individual basis.
For group workshops, both live online and face-to-face delivery modes, as well as follow-up coaching sessions, are available.
