Aims & approach

Accelerate builds the capability of educators and school staff to support the wellbeing and leadership of their students. This place-based offering supports and empowers our partners to have agency in the way in which they engage and contextualise our resources to their school and community, whilst drawing from and utilising our robust evidence-based framework.

Licences include 12 months access to the online platform, including lesson plans, tools and resources for program delivery and lesson revisions as required

Evidence

The Accelerate Personal Leadership Program draws from a range of theories including social learning theory, cognitive behaviour theory, motivation theory, and positive psychology.

The Accelerate program measures K5 Kessler Measure of Psychological Distress, EPOCH scores, and student reported outcomes.
