Aims & approach

Based on the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, the workshop outlines steps that organisations can take to promote safety, engagement and the wellbeing of children and young people and prevent harm within their organisation.

The facilitators share sector knowledge and experience to build the capacity of educators to identify and respond to child abuse, neglect, and grooming. This workshop meets requirements for NQS, and both government and non-government school registration.

Workshops are available face-to-face or online. Travel charges apply outside the Perth metropolitan area.

WA Child Safety Services is an expert in the sector and a selected provider for Department of Education staff across Western Australia.
