Evidence

Coaching Young People for success is built around a two-stage behaviour change coaching approach. It follows the five step P.O.W.E.R Coaching Model and The GOAL Coaching Conversation, which incorporates strategies from positive psychology, evidence based coaching, emotional intelligence, and hope theory that are proven to enhance motivation, wellbeing and performance by promoting goal striving in young people.

Mapped against the Australian Blueprint of Career Development, the Victorian Careers Curriculum Framework and the Australian Teacher standards, CYPFS is an endorsed program in the Western Australian Certificate of Education. A number of feedback and pilot evaluation reports have been produced.
