Aims & approach

Each term, classes tune in to an interactive and engaging live stream incursion.

  • Students in the Foundation and Year 1-2 programs will be immersed in music and movement to bring the session to life.
  • Students in Years 3-4 and 5-6 will utilise a real time quizzing platform (Kahoot) to ensure the session is interactive and gamified.
  • Topics covered include: Healthy Digital Habits, Critical Thinking, Digital Citizenship, Cyberbullying, Digital Literacy, Safety and Security, Consent and Upstanders.
  • The Teacher Toolkit provides ongoing learning beyond the incursion with access to a comprehensive collection of resources including: classroom posters, writing templates, classroom user agreements and coding lessons.

Sessions are tailored for specific age groups and content is created in alignment with eSafety Best Practices Framework, Australian/State Curriculums and Child Safe Standards. The scope and sequence is designed with an odd and even year focus so that schools can engage with the program over consecutive years.
