Evidence

Testimonials:

"This resource offers practical guidance on how to approach and support someone who may be struggling, and importantly, addresses how carers can take care of themselves. A must-read for anyone caring for a young person with an eating disorder."
Professor Harriet Hiscock, Paediatrician, The Royal Children's Hospital

"Jaimee visited Beth Rivkah Secondary to provide our staff with professional development on eating disorders in young people, with a particular focus on the language surrounding these issues. Both staff and students gained enormously from the session."
Yamit Glasman, Head of Wellbeing, Beth Rivkah College

"I had the privilege of hearing Jaimee's presentation on the language, attitudes and approaches to adopt when supporting students experiencing eating disorders. As a teacher, I found this incredibly insightful, as there are very few programs that give educators the opportunity to engage in this conversation. I particularly valued the exploration of common misconceptions, which has given me a new lens through which to support student wellbeing. This program is essential for any teacher. We are the role models and advocates for our students, especially when they do not yet have the courage or the voice to ask for help."
Head of Year, Methodist Ladies College

"Jaimee created a safe and open space for us to explore these conversations. I now feel more prepared and confident to recognise the signs and offer meaningful support."
Staff Member, Melbourne Girls Grammar
