Aims & approach

Empowering Cohorts is a program specifically designed for school retreats and reflection days. Each program is cohort- and school-specific to meet the needs of each unique group.

Aimed primarily at faith-based schools, Empowering Cohorts creates an environment for year levels to reflect on the stage they are at in their high school journey.

  • Year 7: Knowing self, knowing others
  • Year 8: Being self
  • Year 9: Growing self
  • Year 10: Losing self

Empowerment-Ed provides a dynamic, engaging, collaborative day that allows this reflection to occur. Students will experience the right balance between listening, actioning, and reflecting.

Delivered through expert facilitation, Empowering Cohorts creates an environment for young people to truly reflect on who they are and who they wish to become.

Based in Brisbane, Queensland. Programs run across the East coast of Australia.
