Aims & approach

Answer the Call is a program designed for students in the senior school (Years 10-12) to reflect and to realise their unique, authentic potential, no matter their story or personality.

Embedded with rituals of transition, authentic individual reflection, connected conversations while being grounded in self and collective empathy, the program aims to build the leadership capacity of every student to lead their school community to the best of their ability.

The program can be delivered over the course of a 6-month period or an intensive 2 or 3 day experience. Bespoke programs are available at each schools request.

Based in Brisbane, Queensland. Programs run across the East coast of Australia.
