Aims & approach

With the Empowering Self and Others Wellbeing Curriculum, schools design their preferred wellbeing lesson scope and sequence. This can range from a few weeks to a yearlong package.

Empowerment-Ed then creates individualised step-by-step lesson plans, PowerPoints and student workbooks that allow the effective delivery of the modules in classroom contexts.

A variety of tiered packages are available to suit each school's context, from one cohort for one-term, all the way to full-school (Year 7-10) wellbeing lessons, and keynote lessons.

Professional development for teachers is also available upon request.

Based in Brisbane, Queensland. Programs run across the East coast of Australia.

Implementation support

  • Access to professional facilitator, instructor or mentor
  • Ongoing helpdesk, email or phone support
