The Flourish Journey’s Student Workshops aim to empower teenage girls to build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as young women. The program is designed for Years 7–12 and focuses on developing character strengths, emotional regulation, and positive relationships.
Workshops are facilitated in-person by highly trained facilitator and can be delivered as full-day experiences, shorter modules, or keynote sessions, depending on the school’s needs. Sessions are interactive and evidence-based, drawing on frameworks such as Positive Psychology and Psychological Safety, Self-Determination Theory, and Koble’s Experiential Model. Each workshop encourages reflection, collaboration, and the application of wellbeing strategies that help students flourish in and beyond the classroom.
