Aims & approach

Happy, Kind and Healthy Minds is a flexible school-based or homeschooling program for grades 4-12, designed to foster happier, kinder, and more resilient youth.

Now available to individual teachers, parents, and facilitators, it offers 1.5 hours of professional development.

The program includes instructional videos, a facilitators' manual, icebreakers, and updates, divided into three parts:

  • Empower (self-esteem, coping strategies),
  • Motivate (goal-setting, confidence), and
  • Inspire (happiness, kindness).
