Kimochis® training and resources equip educators, professionals and parents to use Kimochis® within their context, helping children recognise and regulate emotions, develop strong communication and social skills and build lasting relationships.

Evidence

The program is grounded in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, ACE Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Neurobiolgy of Trauma, Project Based Learning, and Attachment Theory.
