Aims & approach

Leader in Me is delivered through an annual subscription to a digital platform that provides schools with curriculum, resources, on‑demand professional learning, coaching, and implementation support for a whole‑school leadership and wellbeing framework.

Implementation begins with staff learning The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People through live or live-online workshops, self‑paced modules, or short staff‑meeting sessions. This builds educators’ personal effectiveness so they can model the shared language, behaviours, and leadership mindsets taught to students.

The approach supports the holistic development of students across personal, social, and physical domains by building skills such as self‑management, emotional regulation, respectful relationships, and a strong sense of identity and purpose. These foundations create the conditions for positive wellbeing and sustained academic achievement.

The age‑specific digital curriculum requires little to no teacher preparation:

Early Learning: 5 modules taught over 9 weeks (four 15‑minute lessons per week)

Primary: 35 year‑level modules (four 15‑minute lessons each)

    Secondary: 8 modules (16 × 20‑minute lessons each)

All lessons follow an empowered learning approach that encourages curiosity, investigation, and connection‑making. Schools also access two to three tailored coaching sessions with FranklinCovey consultants, along with a resource library to support ongoing implementation and learning.

Implementation support

  • Access to professional facilitator, instructor or mentor
  • Implementation training webinars or modules
  • Ongoing helpdesk, email or phone support
  • Regular webinars or access to community of professional practice
