Aims & approach

The program is part of a community partnership between the AIS and Black Dog Institute and is delivered by elite athletes who have been trained to share their experiences with young people to help them recognise the strategies they can implement to help improve mental health and wellbeing for themselves and their friends.

The program uses a free 30 minute interactive presentation suitable for high school aged students.

It is available free of charge: face-to-face in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC, and Online in WA, SA, NT, TAS.
