Aims & approach

Moodgym is a free, interactive, self-help program designed to help young people aged 16 years or older, prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

It offers five modules, covering feelings, thoughts, unwarping, de-stressing, and relationships.

The program is anonymous, confidential, and scientifically evaluated, and it is proven to be effective in reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Users can access the program at their own pace, and it has been widely used and researched in various settings.
