To become a certified 'Peaceful Kids' facilitator involves a 2-day face-to-face training course. There is also an online version of the course.
This 'Peaceful Kids' program helps children build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day-to-day stresses that life brings them. It is an 8-week manualised program for a group of 4-6 children or teens.

Educators are also trained in the 'Peaceful Classrooms' program to provide whole-class mindfulness sessions, strategies and meditations to support the wellbeing of all students.
The impact of the program is evidenced by positive outcomes found in pre/post survey data from children who participated and Peaceful Kids facilitators, as well supported by evaluations from EACH Research and NSW Education.
