  • Years 5 and 6 -  focuses on transitions and aims to prepare children for the challenges of high school.
  • Years 7 and 8 - aims to foster interpersonal skills and improve physical and mental health.

The program is delivered in person over a school term, either at a school or community centre. All equipment is provided.

It includes 10 weekly sessions, each running for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Every session kicks off with high-energy music to get everyone moving, boosting heart rates, building strength, and improving coordination in a fun and engaging way.
