The program is delivered in person over a school term, either at a school or community centre. All equipment is provided.
It includes 10 weekly sessions, each running for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Every session kicks off with high-energy music to get everyone moving, boosting heart rates, building strength, and improving coordination in a fun and engaging way.
The program aligns with the NSW PDHPE curriculum and designed to support key learning outcomes related to personal development, health, and physical education. The program reinforces skills in wellbeing, resilience, identity, movement, and social connection, making it a powerful complement to classroom learning.
The impact of the program is supported by positive survey outcomes.
