The Switch4Schools app is built for students Years 1-12 and educators within a school context. Via a simple, customisable daily check-in, Switch offers realtime and longitudinal insights for teachers and students. It provides age-appropriate wellbeing self-monitoring.
Through combined intuitive check-ins, proven psychological strategies, AI-driven guidance, and resources, the platform provides all the tools and supporting materials needed to help teachers improve classroom behaviour and build a healthier, high performing school culture.
It empowers educators with evidence-based strategies and lesson plans comprehensively scoped and sequenced to the SEL curriculum (ACARA v9). With single-click access to activities such as guided meditation, interative tools, and streamlined implementation, it reduces workload stress, minimises antisocial behaviours, and boosts individual performance.
Available Australia-wide, it is particularly supportive of remote communities with low internet connectivity. Free for teachers, with a student-based subscription model after an initial free trial.
In support of student wellbeing, Switch4Schools draws heavily from the ARACY framework, CASEL's conseptual framework, and research around emotional intelligence, arousal and dysregulation. From an interventions perspective, the platform incorporates concepts from Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and best practice executive coaching perspectives.
Australian designed, the effectiveness of the platform is supported by positive student and staff outcomes found in an independent case study. Switch4Schools was also selected as one of HundrED's 15 highly impactful and scalable education innovations with a focus on evidence-based programming for student wellbeing.
