Aims & approach

The website brings together content from wellbeing and mental health organisations from across Australia into one central location. Featuring a range of mediums such as videos, factsheets, stories and even music, TINO delivers information on topics such as mental health, alcohol and other drugs, exam stress, relationships, sexual health and more. The perfect go-to website for students and teachers to answer some of life's tricky questions.

For teachers: The TINO health and wellbeing worksheets are not designed to be a scripted session plan, but instead give you a variety of suggested activities from which you and the young people you are working with can explore the topic together through: Discovering, Connecting/Investigating and Reflection and Practice.
