Who are you? Building on our Strengths is a high-energy, interactive workshop that helps students discover their personal and collective VIA Character Strengths, to build self-awareness and authentic connection.
This strengths-based 90-minute workshop helps participants uncover and optimise their VIA Character Strengths. Through interactive activities, group discussion, and expert guidance, participants gain insight into signature strengths, patterns of use, and how to apply strengths for purpose, connection and performance.
The session supports cohesion, personal empowerment, and positive school culture. The workshop is ideal for team building across a year level, staff professional development, or school community.
Options for delivery by an award-winning speaker, Australian VIA Strengths Master Trainer or state-based presenter are available, as well as virtual options.
Cost dependant on location Australia wide, group size for in-person workshops, and session length.
VIA Strengths Classification has used in thousands of peer-reviewed studies and applied in schools to improve student engagement, resilience, academic performance, and wellbeing. For example, see psycnet.apa.org/record/2012-24028-001. The approach is also endorsed by many positive testimonials, which can be found at wundertraining.com.au/testimonials-3/.
