Aims & approach

YourCrew Classroom is a teacher-led inquiry program designed for Stage 4 and 5 students, with a focus on encouraging self-care strategies and help-seeking behaviours.

The program provides a variety of resources to support teachers in delivering content and activities that allow student to practice, evaluate and implement strategies that improve wellbeing and resilience, ultimately contributing to positive mental health.

Each module includes a step-by-step teacher guide, downloadable learning slide deck and supporting printable worksheets, offering teachers a structured yet flexible approach.

Many activities within the program reference the YourCrew web App (a free resource developed by the Harrison Riedel Foundation), which enables students to apply what they've learned and continue their health and wellbeing journey beyond the classroom.

The program is divided into three interconnected modules designed to offer a holistic experience and learning in relationships, wellbeing and resilience. While the modules are intended to build upon one another, teachers can also explore individual activities in isolation to suit the specific needs of their students and complement existing school programs.

Implementation support

  • Access to professional facilitator, instructor or mentor
  • Ongoing helpdesk, email or phone support
